The thing that amazed me is that supposidly most of them don't do rigorous exercise. They just do more walking from place to place. They eat all the time but in smaller portions and greater variety. They eat fresh, and make their own food so they know what's going in their bodies. They take pleasure in shopping for their food and preparing it.<br/><br/>Good book.
